Protecting Premium. How Laurastar Reclaimed Trust and Drove Conversions

    Laurastar offers premium steam irons and garment care products in the higher price segment, where consumers research extensively before committing to a purchase. Despite strong product quality, the brand lacked authentic video review content on retail product pages. Without real consumer voices at the point of sale, conversion rates remained below potential.

expeerly partnered with Laurastar to source authentic video reviews for 5 flagship products: the S Pure, Lift Plus, Smart i, Lift Original, and Izzi. Real consumers tested the products and shared their genuine experiences on video, explaining use cases, product differences, and real-world performance in a way no studio content can replicate. The reviews were distributed across Europe and 100+ global partner stores, and optimised for visibility across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Laurastar reviews went live across retail product pages, Google Search and YouTube within weeks, driving conversion where it matters most.

The results were immediate and measurable.

Within 3 months, the campaign generated 23,681 total views with a 76% average watch time, reflecting genuine consumer engagement rather than passive scrolling. On retail product pages, watch time reached an exceptional 85.6%, with over 1,100 shoppers actively watching Laurastar reviews before making a purchase decision.

Search performance was a clear highlight. With 13,732 search-driven views representing 52% of all traffic, Laurastar content ranked strongly on YouTube and Google Search, confirming that expeerly reviews actively pull in consumers at the moment they are researching a purchase. The campaign also countered a reputational challenge: expeerly reviews strengthened Laurastar's presence on Google Search with authentic consumer voices and are now quoted in AI-driven search results, securing Laurastar's premium standing in the newest consumer discovery channels.

Conversion rates increased by 82.44% at a leading Swiss retailer. All products saw uplift, with the exception of those launched during the Christmas period where seasonal effects made clean attribution complex.
