Retail partners often highlight the lack of relatable video reviews as a key factor holding back product conversions. Traditional product videos focus heavily on features, but they don’t always deliver the trust and real-life proof shoppers are looking for.

    High-quality video reviews distributed via Brack.ch achieved measurable results across multiple brands:

    - Conversion rate on Brack.ch was on average 40.7% higher after watching an expeerly video compared to other product videos

    - Consumers watched expeerly reviews with significantly stronger engagement — on average 64.2% longer than other videos

Expeerly collaborated with seven leading brands — Miele, iRobotics AG, Groupe SEB, Dyson, Tavora, Haier, and Philips — to source authentic product review videos across their product portfolios.

Brands suggested which products should be reviewed. They could set demographics such as age, language, or specific requirements (e.g. “Hobby Chef needed” or “Gamer with PS5”) and provide key USPs.

Expeerly sourced suitable reviewers and ensured each review adhered to our Trust Charta standards.

Brands were offered final approval in case of misleading or incorrect statements. Approved reviews were published across leading Swiss retailers and social platforms, driving visibility and conversions.

Expeerly video reviews were seamlessly integrated on Brack.ch product detail pages, giving shoppers authentic insights directly at the point of sale

The results changed the review game.

In a six-week test phase on Brack.ch, products featuring expeerly videos achieved an average conversion rate increase of 40.7% compared to other product videos.

User engagement was also remarkably higher: viewers watched expeerly reviews 64.2% longer on average than other videos, often consuming the entire 30-second testimonial.

Beyond Brack.ch, the distribution network amplified reach significantly. Reviews were placed on other Retailers PDPs , while YouTube (search-optimized), expeerly.com, and Meta/TikTok ensured ongoing exposure.

Today, these products continue to generate tens of thousands of monthly views, creating long-term visibility and trust.
